Bernadette Hunt, a well-known television personality, died recently at the age of 59, following a long battle with illness. Rick Jango, Hunt’s sister’s business associate, broke the news on Facebook, first revealing Hunt’s death and then saying:
“Most people will remember her as ‘Falcon’ from the hit television show ‘Gladiators,’ and I have to say she was one of the most lovely people I have ever met.”
He went on to say that Hunt was well-known for stopping, speaking, and signing signatures and that he never said anything negative to anyone. The message ended by stating that she had been battling cancer for several years and had finally succumbed to it.

Hunt rose to prominence after appearing on the popular TV show Gladiators. Several celebrities, including her Gladiators co-star Kim Betts, expressed their condolences on social media, including a photo of the late actor and the caption:
He, affectionately known as ‘Falcon,’ shone brightly on Gladiators between 1993 and 1999.”
“Hunt is gone, but he will never be forgotten,” Betts concluded.

Bernadette Hunt appeared on the second season of Gladiators, an ITV sports entertainment game show that aired in 1993. She left the program in 1999. Gladiators aired for 13 seasons and 133 episodes from October 10, 1992, to January 1, 2000. It was later remade in other countries and aired twice on Sky1 and the BBC.
The original reboot aired from May 11, 2008, to October 25, 2009. The second is scheduled to premiere in 2023. Hunt enrolled at the London Contemporary Ballet School at the age of 18 with the intention of becoming a ballet performer, but due to a back injury, she had to abandon her dream.
She eventually became interested in weightlifting and worked as a personal trainer after leaving Gladiators. Hunt won Miss Natural Health in 1992 and went on to win Miss Novice Britain, Miss London and Home Countries, and Miss South Britain the following year.
