Blac Chyna alleged in 2017 that the Kardashians had caused her “financial and emotional trauma.” On April 3, she clarified on Twitter why she has not dismissed her lawsuit against the Kar-Jenners. Chyna declared in a statement that she wanted to “refocus” on the Kris Jenner, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie Jenner trial. The hearing is scheduled to begin in 13 days. Chyna:
“They damaged me financially, mentally, and my children when they canceled my No. 1 television show in January 2017,”
Chyna stated that the legal battle will educate her children right from wrong.
The jury will now hear what transpired behind closed doors, including the lies told and the damage caused. Blac Chyna has two children with two men. King Cairo, her son with the musician Tyga, was born in 2012, followed by Dream, her daughter with Rob Kardashian, in 2016.
Chyna alleged on social media earlier this week that her ex-boyfriends Tyga and Rob Kardashian were not paying child support for her children. They both assailed the socialite, claiming that they had spent thousands for their children’s support.
Blac Chyna sued the Kar-Jenners for what reason?
Blac Chyna reportedly sued the Kardashian-Jenners in 2017 over the cancellation of her E! show Rob & Chyna. Rob Kardashian, her ex-fiance at the time, is also referenced. Blac Chyna accused the reality TV family’s interfering with production for the show’s cancellation.
She also asserted that the family utilized its “power and influence over the E! network to cancel the second season.” Esources !’s indicate that Chyna’s claims are false. They claimed to have evidence that Chyna was responsible for the cancellation of the program.
According to reports, Blac Chyna made filming difficult or impossible by refusing to be in the same room as Rob. According to sources, the network was also unhappy with the ratings for the first season.
A friend of Chyna claims Rob subjected her to verbal and physical assault. Rob allegedly took her phone in April 2017 and shoved her down in front of her and Tyga’s son King Cairo. In September 2017, Rob sued Blac Chyna for assault, abuse, and vandalism.
He claimed that Chyna caused $100,000 in damages to the residence he rented from Kylie Jenner. Rob asserts that Chyna attempted to smother him with an iPhone cord, beat him with a metal rod, and choke him with an iPhone cable.
Rob dismissed the charges against Jessica in February 2022, stating his desire to “prosecute my accusations against her mother in a public trial.” On April 15, the Los Angeles Superior Court will hear Chyna vs. Kardashian.
