This time around, the stakes are higher than ever. In Blood & Water, Puleng, a teenager on the lookout for her sister Phone, who was abducted at birth by human traffickers, is followed.
After meeting him at a gathering, Puleng learns that Fikile and Phume share the same birthday. The two of them are considered to have similar appearances.
She soon enrolls at the same school as Fikile and begins to wonder if they are related. After two seasons full of surprises, Puleng learns that Fikile is her sister. The sisters will cooperate to uncover these new secrets in season 3 of Blood & Water, but with this revelation also came some old ones.

Who will show up in Blood & Water’s third season?
In the upcoming season of the criminal drama, Khosi Ngema, Xolile Tshabalala, and Patrick Mofokeng will return as Fikile, Nwabisa, and Brian Bhele, while Ama Qamata, Gail Mabalane, and Getmore Sithole will reprise their roles as Puleng, Thandeka, and Julius Khumalo.
The remaining members of Blood & Water’s cast from previous seasons have been retained, along with a few fresh faces (although their identities and roles have not yet been revealed).
On November 25, 2022, the third season of Gambit Films’ Blood & Water will make its exclusive Netflix debut. It will be released with Ghislaine Maxwell: Filthy Rich, a recent real crime film that follows one of infamous billionaire and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s accomplices.
