On Tuesday, close to the San Francisco city center, Bob Lee, the inventor of Cash App and a former Chief Technology Officer at Square, was tragically stabbed.
The San Francisco Standard was able to watch CCTV footage that showed Mr. Lee strolling down a deserted alleyway and appearing to be looking for assistance.
His passing has bbeenfollowed, and sympathies have been sent to his family and close friends.

Lee and his ex-wife Krista had two kids together, named Dagny and Scout. Scout is about fourteen years old.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Krista and Lee relocated to San Francisco in 2011 and continue to reside there with their two kids.
Their split is unknown, and they didn’t make their separation known to the public. Although Bob and his wife Krista divorced, he maintained a close relationship with their children.
There is no information available regarding his current romantic situation following their split. It is unknown if he was dating at the time of his passing.
After Bob’s mother passed away in 2019, Bob and his father, Rick, relocated together to Mill Valley, California, strengthening their bond.

The reason for the CEO of the Cash app’s murder has not been made public. The inquiry is ongoing, therefore the motive for the murder may soon be known.
At 2:35 am on Tuesday, the San Francisco Police Department got a call reporting a stabbing in the Rincon Hill area. A 43-year-old male was sent to the hospital with what appeared to be stab wounds, but he subsequently passed away.
Lee was found with two knife wounds to his chest and comatose in the Rincon Hill area.
After his mother passed away, Bob and his father grew closer and helped one another through every challenge.
Lee’s death has not been linked to any suspects by San Francisco police, and no arrests have been made as of yet in the continuing investigation.
District Attorney Brooke Jenkins for San Francisco tweeted a tip line number and stated that such violent crimes will not be allowed in the city.
In San Francisco, “we do not tolerate these heinous acts of violence,” she declared.
In a statement, San Francisco Mayor London Breed expressed condolences for Bob Lee’s passing and reminded locals that the city gave public safety ta op priority.
