He attended Louisiana Tech University for his undergraduate studies and also played four seasons for the university’s football team, the Bulldogs. He carried for 937 yards on 163 tries as a senior, averaging 5.7 yards per attempt in a regular season. He was also a Wuerffel Trophy watchlist contender at the time. In his collegiate career, he amassed 1840 rushing yards and 14 rushing touchdowns while appearing in 37 games.
NFL
The New Orleans Saints discovered him in the 2018 NFL draft and selected him in the sixth round. On the 10th of May 2018, they inked an Arun ke contract. He was waived off on September 5th, 2018, but was later reassigned to the practice squad. On the tenth of December, 2018, he was released by the Philadelphia Eagles. He was waived on August 31, 2019, but was immediately resigned to the practice squad the next day. The following month, he was upgraded to the active roster, and on October 27, 2019, he scored his first professional touchdown on a 4-yard run in a 31-13 victory over the Bills. Later, on December 9th, he was given a larger role in a 23-17 victory over the New York Giants.

During a 34-17 victory over the New York Giants, he rushed for 54 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries while also receiving four catches for 84 yards. Scott made a game-winning TouchDown grab on an 18-yard pass in a 22-21 victory over the Giants on October 22, 2020. According to his regular-season stats for 2018 and 2019, he has appeared in 15 games, rushing for 245 yards and five touchdowns while also receiving 204 yards. In the 2018 and 2019 playoffs, he only appeared in three games.
