“I brought him up to sales and taught him how to sell and close,” said Lea. He was earning $10-15,000 per month within three months, which completely changed his life…and the lives of his family.” Lea felt pleasure and contentment after witnessing such an incredible change in that person’s life, which he did not receive from his achievement.
With this as his foundation, Lea quit his job and started a training company to teach more people how to succeed and make more money. He failed horribly at first and became demotivated as a result. Lea, on the other hand, came up with more effective training methods. He also developed technology that enabled him to thrive in the market.
Lea quickly became successful in web-based education. LightSpeed VT is the name he gave his company. His life’s goal, he says, is “to transfer knowledge from those who have it to those who need it.” Lea is the author of ‘The Real Deal.’ He is currently working on his second book, titled ‘The Hard Way.’ According to Lea, his upcoming book will be about the life lessons he learned the hard way so that others would not have to.
