Brandon Miller is a former basketball player and current basketball coach who was born in New Castle, Indiana in 1980. Miller attended Butler University and was a team captain his senior year, 2003-2004. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2004. Brandon Miller began his collegiate career as a point guard at New Castle Chrysler High School before transferring to Southwest Missouri State.
The 43-year-old coach is mistaken for a teen basketball player. It’s hardly surprising given that their names are the same and they work in the same industry. Furthermore, several websites mix up the former basketball player with the growing sensation. The young prodigy is getting a lot of attention for his involvement in a murder, but more on that later.

Mason Allen and Michael David are the sons of basketball coach Brandon Miller. Mason is six years old, and Michael, the younger boy, is four. Off the court, Miller is renowned for being a courteous and modest individual. In 2007, he began as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Butler University, before moving on to Ohio State University in 2011.
Miller was named head coach at Butler University in October 2013, however, he resigned after only one season owing to personal concerns. In October 2014, Brandon Miller, for example, requested a medical leave of absence. Butler University, on the other hand, declared in January 2015 that he would not be returning to campus after his medical leave. Miller went on to work as an assistant coach at Illinois State University and Northern Illinois University after leaving Butler. In 2020, he will return to Butler University as an assistant coach.

Brandon Miller married Holly Miller, whom he met in eighth grade. The former high school sweethearts have been married for several years and have two sons. After graduating from college, Brandon Miller played professional basketball in Europe for a few years before beginning his coaching career.
Before starting his freshman season at the University of Alabama, Miller was on watch lists for the Naismith College Player of the Year and the Julius Erving Award. He was selected SEC Freshman of the Week for the first time on November 21, 2022. Miller had a fantastic game against Gonzaga on December 17, 2022, scoring 36 points and grabbing six rebounds.
Is Brandon Miller Arrested?
Brandon Miller has yet to be arrested. As previously noted, two well-known Brandon Millers are active in the world of basketball. One works as a coach, while the other is a rising star. Nonetheless, the latter is making news due to his involvement in a murder probe. Brandon Miller, a young teenager, is accused of assisting in the murder of another person.
A Tulsa County detective testified on Tuesday that Miller supplied the pistol used by a former teammate in a deadly shooting last month. Brandon transferred the pistol to his coworker Darius Miles, who used it to murder Jamea Jonae Harris, 23, in January, according to Branden Culpepper of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit.
On Tuesday, February 21st, a police investigator testified that Miller was at the site of a fatal gunshot. Miles and his buddy, Michael Davis, were arrested and charged with murder. Davis is also facing the death penalty for Harris’s murder.
