Ladd used to play volleyball. She graduated from Tucson’s Canyon Del Oro High School in 2002 after attending.
Ladd was a regular member of the school’s volleyball squad. She also took home a number of important awards at the time, such as the Arizona Republic Arizona State Player of the Year and the 2001 Gaseveralonal High School Volleyball Player of the Year.
