Pizza deliveryman Brian Wells stole a PNC Bank in Pennsylvania on August 28, 2003. The collar bomb was pressed onto the guy. He died when the explosive collar around his neck exploded. Pizza Bomber Case on Netflix: Evil Genius

On Rotten Tomatoes, the series has an 80% approval rating and an average rating of 6.45/10. Trey Borzillieri got the notion to write a book series after being fascinated by the Brian Wells murder.
In 2005, Borzillieri began questioning locals in Erie, Pennsylvania, the scene of the crime, and he also started communicating with Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong because she could know the case.
Years were spent him looking into the case, and he spoke with Diehl-Armstrong when she was incarcerated. The name of the show, Evil Genius, alludes to Diehl-Armstrong’s exceptional brilliance before developing mental illness.
