Popular rapper and actor Bryshere Gray was recently detained. According to court documents acquired by TMZ, Maricopa, Arizona, police received a call from a woman who said that the couple was seeing each other but that Gray’s behavior was becoming more out of control and she was worried for her safety.
The woman said in court documents that Gray pulled her hair and threw a box of food at her. She even recalled Gray yelling at her repeatedly. In October 2022, Gray was reported for a domestic disturbance.
He has a history of legal issues. After failing to inform the probation officer about these occurrences, Bryshere was charged with violating his or her probation. After a judge issued an arrest warrant for him, he was taken to jail.
Bryshere Gray admitted last year to felony aggravated assault following an altercation with the SWAT team at his home in 2020. Gray was eventually given a sentence of three years of probation and ten days in county jail.

As Hakeem Lyon in the Fox musical drama series Empire, Bryshere Gray gained notoriety. The persona is also the father of Bella and Prince Lyon and the youngest son of Lucious (Terrence Howard) and Cookie Lyon (Taraji P. Henson).
He is also the brother of Andre and Jamal. Rapper Hakeem is affiliated with his father’s record label, Empire Entertainment. He is now associated with Lyon Family Management and is also affiliated with the label owned by his mother and himself, Lyon Dynasty.
He became the CEO of Empire with Camilla’s assistance, and with the use of his wealth and clout, he acquired the Lyon Dynasty. However, he only remained CEO for a brief period of time before being shown to be ineffectual and was ousted by a vote.
From January 7, 2015, until April 21, 2020, 102 episodes of the television series Empire were broadcast. The show was one of Fox’s most well-liked series and received favorable reviews from critics. The pilot for a Cookie Lyon spin-off series, which was slated to debut in 2020, was rejected by Fox and sold to other networks.

Bryshere Gray’s mother, Andria Mayberry, had him while she was a teenager and reared him alone. He was five years old when he received an ADHD diagnosis, and although he initially preferred football, he only developed a passion for music when he was sixteen.
Gray first started off as a street performer and later became a Pizza Hut employee. He then used his earnings to produce his debut music video, but after it was found that he was writing songs at work, he lost his job.
The 28-year-old has performed at numerous music events in Philadelphia and has opened for rappers. His first song, Respect, was released in 2013. He made his acting debut in Empire in 2015. Later, he took part in the 2018 movie Honey: Rise Up and Dance and the BET miniseries The New Edition Story.
