Personal Experiences
With her ex-boyfriend, Jai Wiggins, Yung has a son named Jai Malik Wiggins, Jr. After Jai assaulted Yung and committed several acts of domestic violence, the couple split up. In the year 2020, Jai Wiggins was fatally shot. She began dating Joshua Howard Luellen aka Southside in December 2018.

Yung cited three incidences in 2015 in which Wiggins reportedly hit her and hurled obscenities at her. The most recent and likely most violent incident occurred in October 2015, when Jai Wiggins allegedly dragged Yung out of a car and hit her in the face and head repeatedly.
