A routine traffic stop took an unexpected turn when Poynette resident Chelsea Neeb, 29, was arrested. She was soon charged with misdemeanor resistance and felony violence against a law enforcement official. On June 24, Neeb was stopped by a Columbia County Sheriff’s Deputy in the Town of Lodi for speeding on County Highway V.
