Francis Joseph “Chiz” Guevara Escudero (Chiz Escudero) is a Filipino politician and lawyer who has served as a Senator since 2022 and as a Representative from 2007 to 2019.

He was most recently governor of Sorsogon from 2019 to 2022, and he previously served as Sorsogon’s first district congressman from 1998 to 2007 and from 2004 to 2007. He ran unsuccessfully as Grace Poe’s running mate for vice president of the Philippines in the 2016 elections.
