Chris Rock’s Remark About Nicole Brown Simpson Has Been Negative

Five months after his infamous physical altercation with Will Smith, American comedian Chris Rock faced intense backlash on social media for making a controversial statement about Nicole Brown Simpson while explaining why he wouldn’t be hosting the Oscars the following year.

During a performance on August 28 in Phoenix, Arizona, the 57-year-old performer compared hosting the 2023 Oscars to going back to prison. Nicole Brown Simpson, the late wife of Simpson, went back to the Italian eatery where she was killed.

The comedian allegedly admitted to the Arizona Republic that he “profanely” denied a Super Bowl advertisement. Several social media users criticized the comedian for his inappropriate quip when word of his ostensible joke spread.

On May 19, 1959, Nicole Brown Simpson was born in Germany to a German mother and an American father. She was born in Frankfurt, Germany, and after her birth, her family moved to California. When Nicole was 18 years old, she started working as a waitress at The Daisy in Beverly Hills.

The bodies of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman were found in the former’s Los Angeles residence a short time later, on June 13. According to an autopsy report, Brown was stabbed seven times in the scalp, neck, and throat, nearly decapitating her.

When law enforcement arrived at O.J. They found a bloodied glove and a white Ford Bronco with blood on it when they arrived at Simpson’s house to inform him. Later, they located another glove connected to the double crime on his property.
