Chunji, also known as Mr. Lee Chan-hee of TEEN TOP has revealed the tracklist for his debut album, Too Late, which will be released on December 12, 2022. Sorry for the delay in announcing that the b-side song Goodbye will be included on the new album.
According to the poster, Chunji wrote the lyrics for both songs himself, which has increased fan excitement and raised expectations for the release. Too Late will be the vocalist for TEEN TOP’s first solo release since his debut with the group in 2010. It will be released on December 16, 2022, following a special pre-listening event for select fans on December 15, 2022.

The album is intended for people who will spend the winter alone, according to TOP media (the singer’s agency), because the two songs reflect the experience of loneliness. They stated:
“Chunji will provide heartfelt vocals that will touch the hearts of those who will be spending the chilly winter alone with his attractive voice, which will differ from the forceful vocals he demonstrated during his TEEN TOP activities.”
Chan-hee revealed the theme of his album to be based on the “longing and emptiness” felt after a breakup in two handwritten letters posted on TEEN TOP’s social media on December 11, 2022. According to one message:
“When the cold weather came, I immediately thought of you.”
Someone else read:
“The breakup is easy for you, but the words are difficult for me.”
The concept photos, which show the 29-year-old staring into space while reminiscing about his previous relationship, also hint at the album’s atmosphere. The setting and clothing convey a pleasant and friendly vibe, hinting at the overall mood of the album’s tracks.
Chunji’s solo debut is “aging like good wine,” according to fans
When Chunji announced his solo debut, Angels (the group’s official fans) rejoiced. Fans had been waiting for his return for a long time, as he was one of the last TEEN TOP members to go solo and had been on an extended sabbatical due to his military service.
“It’s finally happening,” one fan said, adding, “I waited for years for him to have a solo.” They lauded the singer’s images in the concept photos, which have remained consistent despite his presence in the industry for more than a decade. One admirer described him as maturing “like great wine.”
Others, on the other hand, praised the album’s tracks, which were written by the brilliant vocalist himself. In 2010, Chan-hee was the final member to join C.A.P, Niel, Ricky, Changjo, and former member L.Joe to form TEEN TOP. He collaborated with G-Eunha Friend on the romantic song Hold Your Hand in 2017.
