Clark Hunt, a graduate of Southern Methodist University, started his career at Goldman Sachs as an investment banker for two years. Later, he moved to Dallas and started working for his dad.

He assisted his father in administering the Kansas City Wizards of Major League Soccer until the franchise was sold in 2006.

Clark Hunt also owned the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer until 2013, and on November 23, 2008, he won the club’s inaugural MLS Cup. Currently, he is a member of the board of governors and the owner of MLS club FC Dallas.

Clark was designated chairman of the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League in 2005. Following his father’s death in 2006, he and his three siblings inherited the Chiefs, and Clark became the organization’s operational manager.
