Danny Vukovic is a professional football goalkeeper who plays for NEC Nijmegen in the Eredivisie as well as the Australian national team. Danny is the only goalkeeper in the A league to score. Sydney is his birthplace. Daniel Vukovic is his true name. He is, however, better known as Danny Vukovic. Vukovic formerly played for the Bonnyrigg White Eagles and the Parramatta Power. Danny Vukovic’s Professional Career
Danny was born in Sydney and reared there. Up until 1999, he was a member of his hometown club, St. Claire United. He was a member of the Bonnying White Eagles from 1999 to 2002. Danny made his A-League debut for the Central Coast Mariners against Melbourne Victory FC in September 2005. Vukovic began his professional career in 2002 when he joined Parramatta Power. He returned to Bonnying White Eagles in 2004. Following that, he played for many teams until joining the Belgian club Genk. He transferred to NEC Nijmegen in 2021, where he now plays.
Danny was a member of the Young Socceroos team that won the OFC U-20 Championship in 2005. He was also a member of Australia’s national team for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
