In an exclusive interview with Insider, Darius Dobre’s twin brother Cyrus Dobre said that he was leaving their Maryland home on October 15, 2023, and was traveling to Los Angeles for business.
But he never made it to his destination, and he had turned off his phone. Cyrus stated he made many attempts to get in touch with him but received no answer.
Additionally, he added that he reported the missing individual to the police, but as of yet, no leads or clues have been discovered.
Cyrus surmised that Darius may have been abducted or injured by a person harboring animosity towards him or his family.
He remembered that his brother Marcus Dobre had to deal with criticism in January 2022 after pretending to be suicidal as a joke on their other brother Lucas Dobre.
Viewers and a suicide prevention foundation slammed the film, “MY TWIN BROTHER IS DEAD?!” for being hazardous and disrespectful.
According to the YouTuber, some viewers may have taken the joke too seriously and intended to harm the target.
Cyrus said that Darius had been seeing a therapist and that he had been dealing with anxiety and sadness for a while.
Darius, according to the YouTuber, felt alone and alone, particularly after his parents’ divorce in 2021.
He said that while Darius had confided in him, he was afraid of disappointing their followers and losing their money if he left YouTube to seek a new profession.

A November 15, 2023, tweet from @dariusdobre is the source of a third rumor. The tweet reads, “I’m alive,” and it has received over 50,000 likes and retweets.

Some admirers did point out that the account had only one tweet and was unconfirmed. Additionally, they emphasized that the user’s location was set to Nepal, where the tweet was made at three in the morning local time.
