Dateline: Who Was Cristi Lynne, Chris Hall’s wife?

Chris Hall, a former police chief, was the husband of Cristi Lynne, with whom she had three kids. She was murdered by her husband, who was later discovered dead in their shared residence with their daughter.

Cristi was simply a regular person; once the news of her passing spread, people began learning more about her; prior to her passing, nobody knew who she was.

Her husband Chris claimed it was an accident when the police were notified and Cristi was discovered dead.

Additionally, he made notice of his positive connection with his wife, describing her as his wife, closest friend, and family.

Ex-Police Officer Chris Hall Charged With Murdering His Wife

When his wife was discovered drowned on June 7, 2007, a former police officer was found guilty of the crime.

When Hall was questioned following her passing, he said that he discovered his wife unconscious in the water and attempted CPR but she did not react.

Cristi was subsequently taken to the hospital, but the doctor claimed that by the time she arrived, she had already gone dead.

However, Hall’s first trial ended in a mistrial when the jury was tied 8-4 in favor of finding him guilty, and his first-degree murder conviction followed on May 31.

The inquiry revealed that he attempted to kill his wife by attacking her in their Jacuzzi. Hall and his wife were in the bath tube together when the tragedy happened.

First, the victim’s husband drove her head twice into the hot tub’s cement edge, then he tied her wrists and elbows behind her back, submerged her, and caused her to drown.

Hall was ready when he and his wife went back to the hot tub; he may have experienced mental health problems at the time.

When Hall tried to kill her, she was able to make a loud noise that Lindsay Kay Patterson, a neighbor, heard.

Hall was detained in 2011, thus he will serve more than 10 years in prison; prior to his sentencing, he was out on a $1 million bond.
