In a case involving Jenelle’s 14-year-old son, Jace, who repeatedly ran away from home and accused David of abusing him, he has been charged with child abuse.
In addition, David was detained on suspicion of driving while in violation of a restraining order and breaking another law.

Following his arrest on October 15, 2023, for misdemeanor child abuse and harm to a kid, David Eason’s mugshot went viral.
Following a police and child protective services investigation, the stepson of David, Jenelle’s former partner, Jace, was taken into custody.
In less than two months, Jace had fled David and Jenelle’s house, “The Land,” three times, alleging that David had physically mistreated him and that he was scared of him.
TMZ claims that the police and CPS both have video proof of an attack involving Jace in their hands.
When Jace was discovered by the police, there were also obvious wounds on his arm and neck.
Since Jenelle was judged unsuitable to be a parent, Jace has spent most of his childhood living with his grandma, Barbara.
The Arrest History And Criminal Record Of David Eason: What Else Has He Done?
David Eason had already been afoul of the law before his arrest on suspicion of child abuse.
His arrest history and criminal record go back to 2008, when he was accused of stealing, breaking, possessing drug paraphernalia, and causing damage to personal property.
He has since been arrested many times on a variety of charges, including domestic abuse, drunk driving, and breaking a protection order.
In addition, he was detained for driving with a suspended license, assault with a dangerous weapon, and felon in possession of a handgun.
In addition to these concerns, he has been sacked by Teen Mom because of his aggressive conduct, and he has made threats to assassinate the US president and posted homophobic and transphobic remarks on social media.
If David is found guilty of the child abuse accusation, he may spend up to 150 days in prison.
He also runs the possibility of losing custody of his other children from past marriages as well as his daughter Ensley, whom he shares with Jenelle.
Although Jenelle has not yet been charged in connection with the child abuse case, charges may be brought against her as well.
She has also been under fire from fans and other Teen Mom celebrities for sticking behind David in spite of his behavior.
She has asserted David’s innocence and said Jace is lying about the abuse. But a lot of people don’t think she’s credible, and they don’t think she’s a good mom.
