Diamond With the American Wrestling Association (AWA), Dallas started his career in wrestling management in 1988. He was in charge of the wrestlers Colonel DeBeers, Curt Hennig, and Madusa Miceli as well as the tag team Badd Company. Later, Page and Gordon Solie were employed by Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) as colour analysts.
