According to court records, Musk had a threesome in 2016 in Depp’s Los Angeles apartment with Heard and model actress Cara Delevingne. The actor was filming in Australia at the time of this.
The tech billionaire eventually denied the allegations, though. Amber Heard started dating Elon Musk after her divorce from Johnny Depp. They became buddies while working together on the set of Machete Kills.

Musk is one of Heard’s possible witnesses, per court records. Between 2016 and 2017, they had been dating for around a year.
Not the MMA fighter, but Heard’s friend Raquel Pennington’s ex-husband Josh Drew reportedly informed Depp’s lawyers in November 2019 that the actress was having an extramarital affair with Delevigne and Musk while she was still with him.
Heard and Depp were wed in May 2016 and in February 2015. Page Six claims that at the time, Drew was residing rent-free in one of Depp’s LA residences.
What Was Musk’s Opinion Of The Alleged Three?
In 2020, the Tesla CEO vehemently rejected the accusations, and despite Heard and Musk dating for a year, the businessman was never romantically involved with Delevigne.
Musk told Page Six,
“Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate.”
I should add that Amber and I didn’t start dating until about a month after her divorce petition was submitted.
I don’t believe I ever spent time with Amber during their marriage.
The defamation trial is not Musk’s cup of tea: “Regarding this litigation, I would encourage everyone involved bury the hatchet and move on.” Life is too brief to spend too much time worrying about the bad.
Nobody will remark that they wished the legal battle had gone on longer until it was all finished.
The possibility still exists that Delevigne and Musk will be asked to testify at the trial, either in person or through video link, despite the fact that neither has addressed the reports.
