How did Eboni Deon start her Professional Career?

Deon started her career at the National Weather Network in Jackson, Mississippi. She then worked for The Weather Channel as a Radio Broadcast Meteorologist before becoming an on-camera meteorologist.

Eboni has also reported for CNN International on global weather issues, such as the devastating earthquake in Haiti and the Icelandic volcano, which disrupted air travel across Europe for days. She is also a member of the American Meteorological Society.

Deon started weather reporting for Al Jazeera America on weekends in 2013. She also began as a part-time employee in the mornings while chief meteorologist Nichole Mitchell was on reserve duty.
