Bonnin began her career in the show business. After joining Chill, an Irish girl pop trio that didn’t release an album, she left. After hosting the IRMA Awards, she was requested to present on RTE Television. She dated publisher Jon Ryan at the time. In 2012, she moved to London to pursue a new profession.
She began working for the Channel 4 morning show, concentrating on entertainment news, which led to her being a frequent presenter on the UK music chart show “Top of the Pops”. She also appeared in an Indian tiger documentary. After completing this endeavor, she vowed to return to her initial love, science, if given the chance.
