Singer Perrie Edwards is now engaged to soccer player Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Edwards revealed the news on Instagram by uploading a handful of photographs of Alex proposing to her. In August, Perrie gave birth to a son, Axel. In addition, she shared her pregnant experience on social media in 2022.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Perrie Edwards met in 2015 during an interview and began dating in 2016. Some accounts claim that Chamberlain applauded Edwards during her performance on The X Factor.
In 2017, the pair declared their relationship on Instagram by posting a snapshot of themselves at a dining table with their pets.
Perrie subsequently deleted the image, sparking speculation that the couple had split. However, Edwards published another selfie of herself and Chamberlain kissing with the Eiffel Tower in the backdrop in February 2017.
They went on vacation in June 2017, and in December 2017, Perrie tweeted a photo of herself kissing Alex on the cheek.
The couple spent Christmas 2017 and another vacation in August 2018 together. In January 2019, Edwards joked that she and Chamberlain had split up.
The couple then made their first public appearance together on the red carpet at the Brit Awards in February 2019, followed by a trip to Ibiza in June of the same year. According to reports, they became engaged in November of 2019.
Edwards shared her experience of self-isolation with Chamberlain during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, stating that she was having a great time and had never spent so much time with her spouse.

Edwards has made six studio albums with the girl band Little Mix, with whom she is best known. The 28-year-old is also the first female brand ambassador for Supreme Nutrition, and her fashion label, Disora, is expected to debut in 2021.
Chamberlain, on the other hand, is a Liverpool midfielder. He rose to fame with Southampton at the age of 17 and joined Arsenal in 2011. After joining Liverpool in August of 2017, he won the 2019 UEFA Champions League and the 2020 Premier League.
