Shalana Hunter and Eric Holland welcomed Angela Renee White into the world as Blac Chyna on May 11, 1988, in Washington, D.C. She started performing in Maryland to pay for her education costs. While a student at Johnson & Wales University in Miami, Florida, she started stripping again and eventually dropped out from exhaustion after regularly passing out in class. She started concentrating on stripping and modeling, and at the request of a client, she chose the stage name Blac Chyna.

A judge found in favor of Holland and mandated that Kardashian pay Holland $20,000 per month in child support. Kardashian has appealed the decision, but Holland is sure he will ultimately succeed.
