The five-person comedy and sports YouTube production team Dude Perfect revealed its plans for its future headquarters in a video posted to Twitter on Tuesday, September 27.
The enormous headquarters visible in the 38-second clip appears to have been brought from the far future. The headquarters would include a 330-foot trick-shot tower, Crazy Mini Golf, Trick Shot Town, the Dude Perfect Museum, two acres of outdoor space, a retail store, and restaurants.
The company’s idea will be realized with the help of Frisco, Texas-based architectural firm Overland Partners. The Group hasn’t decided on a location for the base, but since its current offices are in Texas, they want to set up its future headquarters there as well, according to the Dallas Morning News. The group’s alma institution, Texas A&M University, tweeted about the project as well, estimating the cost of the new headquarters at $100 million.

The sports and comedy entertainment company are worth $50 million. They have 11.6 million Instagram followers and nearly 57 million YouTube subscribers. The group’s YouTube channel has received close to 15 billion views since they published their first trick-shot video in 2009. According to Finty.com, the group makes between $20 million and $25 million annually via its YouTube channel and sponsorship deals. To host their own broadcast short, they have entered into a multi-year arrangement with Thursday Night Football and Amazon.
The five Dude Perfect members who have broken several Guinness World Records are Tyler Toney, Cody Jones, Garrett Hilbert, and the Cotton twins, Coby and Cory.
Their CMT network television program, The Dude Perfect Show, launched in 2016. The Whistle Sports Network YouTube channel also features a lot of Face-Off videos that include Dude Perfect. They eventually produced a sketch comedy program as well. Among the mobile games made by the group are Dude Perfect Parts One and Two, Endless Ducker, and That’s Lit.
Their already impressive resume would benefit greatly from the new headquarters. The group also discussed the locations of their new offices with the Sports Business Journal. Coby noted that since everyone in the group is from Texas, they “would love for it to remain local.” He continued,
“Having said that, we are assessing all options and have received a lot of interest from many sources.”
If the company decides not to remain in Texas, Bryan Trubey of Overland Partners says that Los Angeles and Atlanta are among the potential options. They estimate that it will take about two years to finish the project once construction begins.
Cotton further added,
According to the creator of the business, “Our objective has always been to provide a location where families can absolutely enjoy themselves in a very special way.”
Who is Dude Perfect, exactly?
Former Texas A&M University roommates include Tyler Toney, Garrett Hilbert, Cody Jones, Coby, and Cory Cotton, and Cody Jones. On April 9, 2009, the group released their first movie, which showed them honing their trick shots at Toney’s ranch.
Within a week of becoming life, the YouTube video had received 200,000 views. Their second video was recorded at the Christian summer camp Sky Ranch. Instantly, 18 million people viewed it, and for every 100,000 of those views, the charity sponsored a kid through Compassion International.
After the group’s first two videos went popular, ESPN got in touch with them. The following programs played excerpts from their videos: SportsNation, Around the Horn, Pardon the Interruption, and First Take.
They are highly renowned for their stunts, trick shots, stereotypes, and Stereotypes series, which have amassed over 10 million YouTube views. They have worked with a number of well-known athletes thanks to their success, including Tyreke Evans, Ryan Tannehill, Jason Belmonte, Tim McGraw, James Buescher, and James Hinchcliffe.
