The former spouse of American philanthropist Benjamin Netanyahu is Fleur Cates (now Harlan). Israeli politician Benjamin Cates, Fleur Cates’s ex-husband, was Israel’s ninth prime minister from 1996 to 1999 and again from 2009 to 2021.
