Florence Griffith Joyner was a track and field athlete from the United States who was born on December 21, 1959. He died on September 21, 1998, as a result of an epileptic episode. She was the fastest woman in history and a well-known personality in world track and field. She was able to achieve this level of popularity due to her record-breaking performances and flashy personal style.
She spent her life in California and was interested in sports from a young age. Her triumph in the 1988 Olympics earns her three gold medals. Her retirement was completed in February 1989. She worked as a pop culture personality shortly after her retirement, through sponsorship deals, designing, and acting.
