Three-Child Parent Rygaard is the parent of three children: Aiden, Tucker, and Trilby Bowe. His daughter Trilby Ashley, who is currently identifying as Trilby Ashley, is married to Caleb Ashley. Gabe’s oldest son, Aiden Rygaard, is a budding writer.

After completing his studies, he started working on an Alaskan fishing vessel. He worked there for a while before returning to his hometown and joining the family business.
He decided to launch Ryfield Properties Inc. as his own business after working for his father.
Even though his business was profitable, he eventually combined it with the family enterprise. At the time of his death, he was the owner-operator of Penny Creek Quarry in Quilcene, Washington, Ryfield Properties Inc. in Port Angeles, and Rygaard Logging Inc.
