Ginuwine’s Offspring
Pony’s lead vocalist is the father of nine children, two sons, and seven daughters. There are few specifics concerning the mother of all his children, however, four of them are with his ex-wife.
Previously, the singer was married to American rapper Tonya Johnston, better known by her stage name Solé. Despite having been together since 1999, the couple did not marry until 2003.
However, after more than ten years together, the American Music Awards nominee and Solé decided to call it quits. The singer’s lawyer confirmed in 2013 that he and his wife were divorcing.
However, the ‘There It Is’ singer disputed the divorce and stated that they were apart and working on their marriage. However, Solé filed for divorce in 2014, and the couple divorced peacefully. Despite their breakup, he remained good friends with Solé.
The couple had already had two daughters, Story Asaundra and Dream Sarae Lumpkin, before their wedding. Solé has two daughters from a previous marriage, Cypress and Dejan.
Ginuwine adores Cypress and De’jan as if they were his children. He is quite close to both of them and has attended their biological father’s wedding as well as his stepdaughter De’jan’s.
Despite having a rigorous job, the musician, who is 6ft 1in tall, manages to find time for his family. In 2019, he surprised his 18-year-old daughter, Story.
The ‘Stingy’ singer explained that he hadn’t seen his daughters in a few months and was missing them, so he prepared a surprise for them. Although the rapper has not identified the mothers of his children, he does show off all of his children on social media.
In 2017, he posted a photo of all of his children and stated that they are the reason he lives. But he also stated that he desires more. Given his $1.5 million financial fortune, he doesn’t appear to be hesitant to have another child.
Nonetheless, he is a fantastic parent to all of them and a good friend to all of them. On Father’s Day, all nine of his children wished dad with a cute video. He extended his appreciation to all of his children.
However, the possibility of his having another kid exists. He has even mentioned having children in 2019, implying that he may be planning to extend his family.
However, Ginuwine is not currently dating anyone. His ex-wife, Solé, on the other hand, is seeing her long-time pal, Richard Griffin. The Pony singer, 51, is still close to Solé and his lover, but he has no imminent intentions to date.
