“Harlem” is a new comedy from writer Tracy Oliver (Girls Trip) that follows a group of fashionable and ambitious best friends in Harlem, New York City, the cultural epicenter of America.

Camille is a prominent young anthropology professor at Columbia who is well-versed in various cultures’ dating practices but is struggling with her own love life; Tye is a successful, LGBT dating app inventor who prefers to avoid vulnerability—and romantic partners.

As stated in the description,

“Quinn is a hopeless romantic and trust fund fashion designer attempting to give back to the world while running a failing business; Angie is a confident, vivacious, and filter-free singer and actress who also lives rent-free and lavishly with Quinn. They transition as a group from their twenties to the next stage of their employment, relationships, and big city ambitions.”

The show stars Meagan Good, Grace Byers, Shoniqua Shandai, and Jerrie Johnson, among others. The series’ script, acting, and conceptual goals have all been praised. Remember to tune in to Prime Video on Wednesday, February 3, 2023, to watch Harlem’s second season.
