The 49-year-old announced his retirement in 2005 at the age of 31. The only bowler from Zimbabwe with more than 200 ODI and 100+ Test wickets is Streak. He oversaw Zimbabwe in 2000 during a trying time when several players left the team due to tight relations between the board and the team.
