Hilarion Heagy, a well-known Eastern Orthodox priest, abandoned Christianity and afterwards turned to Islam. Though he had been lured to Islam for twenty years, Heagy—who has subsequently changed his name to Said Abdul Latif—said he had just lately committed to the faith.
