Icy Wyatt, a TikTok user, was arrested on Monday for allegedly using a gun to attack a police officer and another person. The 23-year-old was charged with violence against an officer, two counts of aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and one count of resisting arrest.
The creator of TikTok is well known for sharing videos of lifestyles, lip sync performances, and other similar content. On Instagram, he has more than 850,000 followers and 28 million likes. He frequently posts cooking tutorials, vlogs, and mukbangs on YouTube, where he has amassed over 20,000 subscribers.
Icy Wyatt’s arrest: why?
According to court documents, the TikToker was operating erratically on the road in Sunrise, Florida on Monday night before stopping in the middle of the street. Two men in another car approached Wyatt and urged him to move his vehicle because it was blocking traffic. The men then climbed into their vehicle and sped off.
He allegedly became agitated by the discussion and followed them to a nearby Chick-Fil-A parking lot. Both parties exited their cars and engaged in a violent argument.
Icy Wyatt pulled a pistol from his car’s glove box and flashed it at the two men, which stoked the argument. Official reports state that one of them turned around to return to the car, which prompted Wyatt to use his gun to kill him in the back of the head.
The TikToker left the scene right away after the incident, but police were able to find him thanks to the information on his tag. The 23-year-old resisted arrest, but they quickly caught him and jailed him.
Icy Wyatt kicked one of the policemen in the leg during the struggle before kicking the cage bars of the police car. Wyatt is alleged to have called the officer a “c***” and a “b**ch” while being arrested. The TikToker was granted bail during his court appearance the next day.

The viewpoint of Icy Wyatt
The night is described very differently by Icy Wyatt from what has been written down. He flatly refused all police and media claims, calling them untrue.
He said to his 930.4k TikTok subscribers:
“You people, the rumors are untrue. In the near future, a number of news articles revealing what actually happened will be released. The police were complicit in a number of crimes. Additionally, my girlfriend and I are doing great.
The two will remark on the subject whenever they were able to do so legally, the TikTok caption assured his audience. With 894.7k views in just one day, the video has now surpassed his most-watched ones.
In another tweet, the influencer stated:
“When I am able to discuss this in more detail, I will. First and foremost, I require a lawyer’s services. There are many news stories that spread false information. I’m hoping to get everything in order soon. The accident was horrific, and I’m still recovering.
He said that despite “complying with the cops and doing everything they said,” he was nonetheless beaten to the ground in response to further tweets about the incident.
