A new child custody agreement has been made between Jesse Williams and his ex-wife, Aryn Drake-Lee.

The ex-couple will continue to divide legal custody of their children, son Maceo and daughter Sadie, according to court documents acquired by E! News.
Williams will have tie-breaking authority over COVID-19 recommendations for a year if couples are unable to come to an agreement on issues such as children’s vaccines. A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge agreed to the actor’s request to modify the custody arrangement so that it would coincide with his participation in the Broadway production of Take Me Out.
The Brooklyn’s Finest star will spend four consecutive days, including two weekends, with his kids in New York each month, per the judge’s ruling. The court ruled that if her ex cancels any parenting time, he cannot ‘uncancel’ it unless there is a voluntary arrangement in writing, even though Drake-plea Lee’s request to reduce Jesse’s custody time was denied.
Additionally, the spouse needs to get together to talk about the child’s extracurricular activities. Drake-Lee has tie-breaking authority for each child’s extracurricular activity at a time this year and may use it provided it doesn’t conflict with Williams’ vacations or time spent with the children in New York if the parents are unable to come to an agreement.
