Rosanna was born in Seattle, Washington, on June 8, 1985. She was a shy, awkward child who was labeled a nerd by her classmates. Rosanna discussed her nerdy childhood hobbies in an interview with the Huffington Post. She uttered:
“I never referred to myself in that way, but that is what others called me. My childhood interests were viewed as nerdy at the time. I excelled in math, science, video games, and literature throughout high school, where I also did AP Calculus.

“My heart is broken. My father passed away late yesterday night. He has battled leukemia for more than 6 years and wouldn’t let his condition stop him from living each day in his manner. Dad, I adore you. You showed me how to be brave, kind, and unyielding.
Three months after Cookie, Rosanna’s dog, went away, she experienced yet another traumatic loss. Despite the best efforts of the veterinarians, Cookie died from disease, she said on Instagram. Rosanna penned:
“Cookie, you will always be missed. You taught me to enjoy the little things in life, to cherish those around me, and to always live in the moment.
Pansino recently acquired a new puppy, but she hasn’t yet given her a name.
Rosanna Pansino underwent elective surgery to freeze her eggs
In October 2018, she underwent elective surgery to freeze her eggs. Rosanna elected to have her eggs frozen, which she disclosed to her followers in October 2018. She described how, five weeks before to the procedure, she had been receiving hormone therapy.
Rosanna required emergency medical care in June 2019 because she had a fever and excruciating pain. Doctors concluded that Rosanna had a bacterial infection after performing several tests, including a CT scan and a spinal tap.
Rosanna clarified on Twitter that she was unsure of how she acquired the unusual, severe infection. She immediately began treatment, and with lots of rest, she fully recovered.
