The Shop: Uninterrupted on YouTube has canceled an upcoming program after Kanye West is accused of using “hate rhetoric and extremely dangerous stereotypes” in a recent interview.

The action was taken after it was discovered that in a separate interview with Fox News, the celebrity had made several remarks based on racist conspiracies.

Before airing, Fox cut out such parts, but Motherboard received a leak of the video.

West has not responded to either situation. Both Fox News and the BBC have contacted him for a reaction.

Ye, the celebrity whose real name is Ye, was previously banned from Twitter and Instagram for making anti-Semitic remarks.

When he donned a t-shirt with the message “White Lives Matter” to his show during Paris Fashion Week, there was criticism against him.

The statement has been labeled “hate speech” by the Anti-Defamation League and is credited to white nationalists who started using it in 2015 in response to the Black Lives Matter movement.

Amid the criticism, he made an appearance on Fox News, where he told host Tucker Carlson that wearing the t-shirt was “obvious” and “funny”.

Unaired excerpts from the same interview that were published on Tuesday revealed West’s anti-Semitic conspiracy theory that Planned Parenthood was established in collaboration with the Ku Klux Klan “to control the Jew population.”

He explained to host Tucker Carlson,

“When I say Jew, I mean the 12 lost tribes of Judah… who the people know as the race Black truly are,” in reference to the unfounded assertion that Black people are the “true” Jewish race and that Jews are attempting to “take” their inheritance.

Another anti-Semitic myth, according to West, is that Hanukkah “at least will come with some financial engineering,” therefore he would prefer his children to learn about that holiday instead of Kwanzaa, an annual celebration of African-American culture.

The rapper then acknowledged getting the Covid-19 vaccine, contradicting his statements that the jabs were “the mark of the beast” and a part of a scheme to implant chips in individuals.

In addition, he claimed that “fake children” had been brought into his house to “sexualize” and influence his four children from a previous relationship with Kim Kardashian.

Even though most television interviews are trimmed and shortened for clarity, Fox has not stated why it chose to delete these segments from its broadcast.

The Shop: Uninterrupted’s creators, on the other hand, decided not to air their interview with West at all and promised not to divulge the specifics of his remarks.

“Kanye was booked weeks ago and, after speaking to Kanye directly the day before we taped, I believed he was capable of a respectful discussion and he was ready to address all his recent comments,” said Maverick Carter, who produces the show with basketball legend LeBron James, according to a statement on the Landscape website.

“Unfortunately, he repeated additional hate speech and extremely harmful stereotypes using The Shop.”

“While The Shop welcomes serious debate and diverse viewpoints, we have zero tolerance for hate speech of any form and will never let our channels to be used to promote hatred,” the statement said.

“I apologize to our guests and crew and accept full responsibility for thinking Kanye wanted a different conversation. There should never be a place for hate speech.

James is alleged to have been absent during the interview.

Kanye West has openly discussed his struggles with his mental health since receiving a bipolar disorder diagnosis many years ago.

Medical professionals and those who have the same illness as West have cautioned that mental health issues and anti-Semitism do not necessarily go hand in hand.

“Many people who are racist and bigoted do not have mental health problems. Furthermore, many struggles with mental illness are not prejudiced or racist, clinical psychologist Carla Manly told USA Today. “We want to distinguish those as two very distinct problems.”

Sam, who has the bipolar disease, told BBC World Service, “I think Kanye is honestly just an idiot.”

Kanye West tolerates his problem and allows it to hurt others who are close to him, which I find to be very irresponsible.

“He doesn’t speak for us, so I don’t think he should be associated with bipolar disorder or the mental health movement.”
