Bam Margera is not currently incarcerated as of the time of this writing. He was just detained, though, and transported to jail. The news of Bam Margera’s arrest in Escondido, California, was announced last Thursday.

Deputies were reportedly called to a residence early in the morning to deal with a domestic conflict. According to Pinkvilla, Margera was released from custody the same day after paying a $50,000 bail.

Bam has already had to deal with personal difficulties in front of the public. Despite these failures, Bam continues to be a significant figure in the skateboarding and entertainment industries, and his supporters stick behind him no matter what.

Bam Margera is detained and accused of domestic abuse.

Bam Margera was once again in trouble in the wee hours of the morning. The well-known skateboarder and television personality was taken into custody and put into the Vista Detention Facility on suspicion of inflicting bodily harm to a spouse, cohabitant, dating partner, or parent who is either a current or past spouse. Margera also posted $50,000 bond and was freed from custody on Friday shortly after 1 p.m. Margera has not yet made any comments regarding his detention.

Debunked Bam Margera Death Hoax

Bam Margera was formerly thought to be deceased prior to his arrest. Margera developed a significant case of COVID-19 on December 9, 2022, which was compounded by pneumonia and five seizures. Margera was then put on a ventilator.

He was unable to breathe on his own as a result, which is why the ventilator was attached. He was declared deceased on December 8, according to Margera, who was speaking on the Wild Ride podcast.

Fans may have believed Margera was deceased as a result. On the other side, rumors about Margera’s death surfaced in 2018 as wrestler Hulk Hogan mistakenly identified Bam as dead.

On Twitter, the former wrestler posted a message of sympathy and announced his passing. Later on, he realized that he had mistaken Margera for his friend and fellow Jackass co-star Ryan Dunn, who had passed away in 2011 from injuries sustained in a drunk driving accident.

These allegations are untrue, and Bam is still alive and well. Unfortunately, these hoaxes keep appearing on the internet, upsetting the target’s supporters and loved ones needlessly.
