Paula Whitley, the top assistant district attorney for Tuscaloosa, said that Brandon was not charged with any crimes. Whitley said, “They could not find any evidence against Miller.”
It is said that outside of the club, Miles and his close buddy Michael Davis got into an argument with Harris and her boyfriend.
In front of Harris’ black Jeep, Davis began to dance and made an effort to grab her number.
Harri’s partner advised Davis to go on, and when Miller arrived on the scene, Miles told Davis where the pistol was and that there was a bullet in the compartment.
Davis is charged with firing into the victim’s Jeep, hitting Harris in the face. Harri’s boyfriend, Cedric Johnson, is said to have retaliated, wounding Davis in the process.

Miles and his best friend for a long time, 20-year-old Michael “Buzz” Davis, are charged with premeditated murder; according to the police, Davis fired the gun.
