The Prosper ISD board president was detained on January 25, 2023, in the afternoon, according to jail records.
On April 12, 2022, Dallas Police became aware of the event between a youngster and the head of the school board.
The 43-year-old was the subject of an arrest warrant obtained by the Police after an investigation. At his Celina, Texas, home, he was apprehended.
A charge of indecency with a 16-year-old kid contact led to Wilborn’s arrest and booking into the Dallas County Jail.
As of Wednesday, it was unclear if a bail had been set or the Prosper ISD president had been given legal representation.
All inquiries about the circumstance were also sent to the Dallas Police Department by the Prosper ISD.
In 2022, Wilborn monitored a number of heated discussions with parents who objected to how Prosper ISD handled claims of sexual assault against a bus driver.
They voiced their anger over the lack of appropriate action taken against the driver who is accused of abusing their children sexually more than 100 times over the course of more than a year.

Drew has experience working as a financial analyst and accounting supervisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
The 43-year-old, a devoted Christian, has spent more than 16 years working with Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church as a pastor and chief financial officer.
