A Norwegian alpine ski racer from Hokksund named Lucas Braathen competes for the team Baerums SK.
In Val d’Isere in December 2018, he competed in his maiden World Cup, earning his first points (five) with a 26th-place finish.
At the 2019 Junior World Championships, Lucas placed fourth and tenth, and then he won silver in the super-G and bronze in the combined event.
In the opening race of the season in Sölden in October 2020, he earned his first win and podium finish.
The Lauberhorn event in Wengen was where the Norwegian won his maiden slalom in 2022.

The parents of Lucas Pinheiro Braathen are Alessandra and Bjrn Froelich Braathen. Lucas Pinheiro Braathen was born in Oslo, Norway.
He is biracial, having a Norwegian father and a Brazilian mother.
Lucas honors his mother and his Brazilian background by using the Portuguese word for pine tree in his middle name, “Pinheiro.”
Lucas is greatly influenced by Alessandra, who is from Sao Paulo, and whose lucky charm is a piece of fabric with the Brazilian flag on it.

Lucas said that his mother left Brazil after falling in love with his father.
Regarding lucky charms, Lucas still dons the white neck warmer he and his pals used when they first competed in races in Norway because it makes him think of his home.
Lucas, who was born on April 19, 2000, is an Aries and is presently 23 years old.
