In Patna’s Lhasa market, 20 young people thrashed Kashmiri businessmen with sticks. The attackers threatened to deport the shop owners to Kashmir.

Manish Kashyap was held in this case, according to the Times of India, by the Bihar Police. The three other conspirators of Kashyap, Nagesh Kumar, Gaurav Singh, and Chandan Singh, were also detained in various locations in Patna. All of them received bail from the CJM court and were subsequently released. Manish Kashyap routinely makes news due to his populist opinions and fervent religious tweets. His tweets against Muslims are many.

He describes India as a nation of Hindus. A Jihadi group is referred to as refugees. Manish Kashyap responded to a tweet from journalist Deepak Chaurasia by saying, “Mullahs, bastards, leave the country.” This is just one illustration. He has started doing this on a regular basis in his tweets.

Manish Kashyap, popularly known as Tripurari Tiwari, was born and raised in the hamlet of Dumri Mahanawa in the West Champaran region of Bihar. He is the YouTube channel owner for “Sach Tak News.” He has thousands of fans on social media. The father of Kashyap is Udit Kumar Tiwari. Kashyap says he has engineering training.

In the 2020 elections for the Bihar Legislative Assembly, Manish Kashyap ran for the Chanpatia assembly seat. In this election, Umakant Singh of the BJP defeated Abhishek Rajan of the INC by a margin of 13469 votes.

As an independent, Manish Kashyap ran for this position. 9239 people voted for him. Following the candidates for the BJP and Congress, Manish Kashyap garnered the most votes. Tamil Nadu has charged 11 people and detained three for disseminating false information on the safety of migrant laborers.

This information was given by the DGP for Tamil Nadu, C. Silendra Babu, at a meeting with many businessmen on Thursday in Coimbatore. Special squads from the Tamil Nadu Police are still setting up camp in places like Delhi, Bhopal, Bihar, and Patna.

According to a TOI report, on February 14, one day after the terror attack in Pulwama, at least 20 teenagers carrying sticks vandalized Kashmiri merchants in Patna’s Lhasa market. The threat of sending them back to Kashmir was also made. Police in Patna arrested Manish Kashyap and his three associates, Nagesh Kumar, Gaurav Singh, and Chandan Singh.

The CJM court did, however, give him bail. In this, Kashyap and his 21 co-accused were named. In his report, the DM detailed how Manish Kashyap and his accomplices had persuaded people to approach the idol and smash it for the cause of nationalism via social media.

The West Champaran Police then detained Manish Kashyap once more in connection with the idol vandalism. In the idol vandalism investigation, he was the main suspect. Based on the DM of West Champaran’s report, the Police then filed a FIR.
