Due to allegations of human trafficking, the Fort Peck Reservation in Poplar, Montana, expelled him in 2015. In addition, he was charged with prostitution for allegedly paying other males for sex with the young indigenous girls.
One of his alleged victims is a 13-year-old girl. According to the warrant, Chasing Horse recorded his sexual assaults on his victims.
