HGTV’s reality series Love It or List It is currently in its seventh season. It premiered on television in 2008. According to the show’s synopsis, interior designer Hilary Farr and real estate agent David Visentin repair residences and ask the owners if they wish to sell. In the episode, the homeowners disobey Farr’s advice and reject Visentin’s initial new house option.
Farr overcomes a construction/financial issue that compels her to abandon a project, and Visentin miraculously discovers a new residence. At the conclusion of the program, the owners are asked if they “Love” Farr’s recommendation or wish to sell with the agent.
Some analysts say that Farr and Visentin’s fight is fabricated.
