Isaac began his career in 2003 when he co-founded his first firm, Novius Telecommunications, where he worked as a Field manager for a few months while also serving as the Chief of Staff at the Michigan House of Representatives. A few years later, he was hired as the Director of Campus Leadership at The Mackinac Center for Public Policy, where he stayed for two years before becoming the Policy Programs Director at the Institute of Humane Studies in 2009. He was then elevated to the role of Educational Activities Director, and afterward to Gifts Officer, where he supported the Institute’s programs and practices.
Isaac quit his employment in 2013 to launch his own firm, “Discover Praxis,” where he used his years of experience in education, mentoring, and policy to assist in the development of jobs and educational models. He served as CEO until 2020 when he stepped down to serve primarily as an advisor. Meanwhile, in 2019, he founded another company called “Crash,” which provides a platform for job seekers to locate what they’re looking for and explore new opportunities. He is also the CEO at the moment.
