He had avoided social media since Jaden Hossler and Nessa Barrett announced their breakup in May 2022. And that may be the result of the widespread hate campaigns against the rock star.
Internet users speculated that he had cheated on Barrett in the same way that he had on Mads Lewis, his ex-girlfriend. The ex-couple made it clear that they split up so they could concentrate on their mental health and musical careers.
His friend Landon Barker, however, unfollowed him on Instagram after the breakup and claimed Hossler had cheated on everyone.
People were guessing that he had supposedly cheated on the singer of “Counting Crimes” with Josie Canseco, who was Barker’s then-girlfriend. Then, through Instagram posts and TikTok videos, Barrett subtly disparaged him.
No one knew the facts, but Hossler was vilified online after remaining mute and refusing to address the rumors.
But on July 13, 2022, Hollywire published a report on his most recent social media activity after he was MIA for a few weeks.

According to Hollywire, a user said that Hossler was recognizing he needed to make amends because he didn’t have enough people in his life.
The user included a caveat that he might be mistaken, and judging on Hossler’s response, he was. The musician just answered, “nah, lol,” giving the impression that he had no remorse.
He responded to this statement and liked a tweet in which it was stated that he was “the kind guy everyone villanized without evidence.”
Many people weren’t yet persuaded that he was the nice guy and believed that regardless of the evidence, his past behavior was suspect.
Why do I get the impression that he does not view cheating as wrong? That’s the reason he secretly believes he’s a decent person, lol,” a user commented.
Another person said,
“I will never understand Jaden stans or Jaden himself, please.”
Hossler remained silent in the face of these allegations, although he did tweet something cryptic that many misinterpreted as a letter to his ex-girlfriends.
Although the singer’s post was unclear, “They would lol,” some believed he was disparaging Barrett and Lewis.
Nessa Barrett and Mads Lewis Follow one another once more
After Barrett and Lewis refollowed one other on Instagram, there is alleged distaste between them.
Since the passing of their mutual friend Cooper Noriega, there have been rumors that the two had reconciled.
Barrett released the song “die first” and tweeted a tribute to her late buddy on social media after her passing. She shared it on Instagram, and astute followers observed that Lewis liked both that post and her homage.
Later, Lewis appeared in a TikTok video lip-syncing to the song. Fans praised the pair for showing maturity and forgiving each other in the interest of their common buddy.
Initially, close friends, the two fell out of touch after Barrett began dating Hossler, who had previously been seeing Lewis. Lewis broke off her friendship with the former couple after alleging that she had been betrayed.
