Early Life

Milner was born on January 4, 1986, in Worthley, United Kingdom, to Peter and Lesley Milner. His father was a quantity surveyor and his mother was an estate agent. He is a 35-year-old man. He started playing football as an elementary school student at Westbrook Labe Primary School. He was later moved to Horsforth School.

Milner was a ‘first-class’ student with 11 GCSEs and an award for his excellence in physical education, in addition to being a terrific athlete. Career

Miler joined the Leeds United Youth Academy in 1996 after finishing his education. He made his debut as a replacement for Jason Wilcox in a match against West Ham United six years later, on November 10, 2002. Milner became the youngest player to score in the Premier League when he scored against Sunderland in December of the same year. In 2005, however, James Vaughan broke his record.

Milner spent the first five years of his professional career with Manchester City. He competed in the 2011 FA Cup, the 2011-12 and 2012-13 Premier Leagues, and the UEFA Champions League during this time.

On June 4, 2015, Milner joined Liverpool on a free transfer. On August 7, 2015, he was named vice-captain, just a few months after joining the club. He won his first match for the club, a 1-0 victory over Stroke. In the same year, he captained the team in a match against Arsenal.
