Britney Spears’ ex-husband, Jason Alexander, was arrested for crashing into her Ventura County residence on June 9. It appears that Jason streamed the assault live on Instagram.
In 2004, Alexander wed Spears in Las Vegas, but the union lasted only 55 hours before being annulled. In one video, he can be seen going around the property while shouting at someone:
“Britney Spears invited me to this event.” She is my only and first wife. “I’ve arrived to disrupt the ceremony.”
In another video, he approaches a wedding tent with a large floral backdrop, where the crew appears to be winding down the festivities. It is unknown how he was able to bypass security and walk freely at a conference that was expected to be modest and well-supervised.
Before the tape ends, he is confronted by security and appears to be taken down. In a TMZ video, Alexander is seen on the ground being restrained by security.

Ex-husband of Britney Spears was arrested on charges of trespassing
According to Ventura County Sheriff’s Captain Cameron Henderson, police responded to a trespassing complaint on June 9. Police arrested Alexander at the wedding location after getting an arrest warrant for him in a different county.
Mathew Rosengart, the attorney Spears chose to negotiate the conservatorship on her behalf, confirmed Alexander’s arrest to Page Six in a statement,
“I would want to congratulate the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department for their prompt response and outstanding work.” I am working with law enforcement to ensure that Mr. Alexander is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
Alexander attended a #FreeBritney event in Los Angeles in 2020, during her battle for conservatorship. He remarked to Us Magazine at the time:
“I am here to support Britney and the #FreeBritney campaign. This has been her life situation for quite some time. I am a part of it because it has influenced both myself and her.”
Alexander is well-versed in the judicial system. He has been arrested previously for a number of offenses, including driving under the influence, drug possession, trespassing, and stalking.
He also made a joke about Britney Spears on June 9. Before demanding an investigation, he mentions family members and close acquaintances of Spears, but he does not specify. He says:
Let’s examine their receipts. “Follow the money.”
In September 2021, Britney Spears announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend Sam Asghari. In November, a judge granted Spears her freedom from conservatorship, ending a 13-year arrangement that had prohibited her from making her own personal and financial decisions.
