Frank was born on September 4, 1973, in Covina, California. Throughout his career, the late actor was best recognized for his portrayal of Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger. He only appeared in 14 episodes at first. However, the company later brought him back since the character was so popular. Though, upon his return, Frank would don the White suit and become the team’s new commander.
David would appear in 124 Mighty Morphin Power Rangers episodes as the Green/White Ranger. He subsequently played Tommy Oliver again in Power Rangers Zeo before wearing the ranger outfit once more in Power Rangers Turbo. Frank also played Tommy Oliver in the Wild Force, Dino Thunder, Super Megaforce, Hyperforce, Super Ninja Steel, and other series.
Frank has played Tommy Oliver in films such as Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie, and Power Rangers: Legacy Wars – Street Fighter Showdown, in addition to the Power Rangers episodes.
